RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At NOVIQO, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

NOVIQO reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions stated above.
